Chrome-nickel stainless steel 18/10, (blade 13/0). Classic and timeless starter/dessert knife. In these hollow handle knives, the blade is cemented into the knife handle. The result: high quality blade steel combines with a noble, light 18/10 hollow handle, thus the knife is perfectly balanced. Mirror polished. Material thickness 2.5 mm (measured at the strongest point of the table fork). Dishwasher safe.
