18/0 chrome stainless steel (menu knife mono. 13/0). Timeless, classic cutlery. Highly polished. Material thickness suitable for gastronomy: 2.5 mm (measured at the strongest point of the menu fork). Can be combined perfectly with other stainless steel cutlery series. Dishwasher safe.
