Cast aluminum angular pan with a titanium non-stick coating and grooved. Does not deform when hot. 8 mm thick thermo-induction bottom for best heat conduction and retention. Solid stainless steel handle for optimal handling. Temperature resistant up to +250 °C. Coated pans are not suitable for dishwasher.
