Chrome-nickel stainless steel 18/10, (blade 13/0). Modern starter/dessert knife with a diamond-shaped relief in the handle area. In these hollow handle knives, the blade is cemented into the knife handle. The result: high quality blade steel combines with a fine, lightweight 18/10 hollow handle, making the knife perfectly balanced. Mirror polished. Material thickness 4.5 mm (measured at the strongest point of the table fork). Dishwasher safe.
