18/0 chromium stainless steel (dinner knife and starter/dessert knife 13/0 stainless steel). Sturdy, timeless range of flatware that is ideal for catering use. Mirror finish. The cross-band relief is located on the front of the pieces of flatware. Thickness of 2.8 mm (measured at the thickest point of the dinner fork) – ideal for catering purposes. Can be removed from a conveyor belt via a magnet-based system (dishwashing technology, catering industry). Dishwasher-safe.
