Round pan of heavy iron steel. After repeated use the steel discolors. Then it can be fried with little fat. Ideal heat conduction thanks to 2.7 mm material thickness (bottom). Welded handle with eye for hanging and extra high edge. Suitable for all types of stoves. High strength (material thickness 0.8-1.0 mm) on the sides, long life. Ideal for steaming, roasting and grilling. Suitable for dishwashers. Made in Germany.
